Sitaram Kandi was invited by NIPM Aurangabad, to deliver a lecture on the topic "Performance Management System". About 180+ NIPM members were present on the evening. Sitaram stressed on the role of HR professional in building the new age organization and also bringing the culture of "Performance" in all the organizations.
